28mm rotary cutter from Milward. This smaller diameter rotary cutter is perfect for cutting more intricate pattern pieces or for going round curves. The handle has a nice easy to hold grip, and the blade has a safety guard that is pulled back with your thumb. There is a hole at the end of the handle for you to hang your cutter up for easy storage. The blade is made from steel, replacement blades are available. The cutter handle is grey and orange.
